Montpellier Health Engineering BDE (BDE ISM)

Who are we?

The Bureau des Étudiants de la formation Ingénierie de la Santé (BDE ISM) is a dynamic association affiliated to the Montpellier Faculty of Pharmacy. Composed entirely of student volunteers.

Our objectives

- Encourage cohesion: develop solidarity, mutual aid and the "ISM spirit" within the class
- Promote training: strengthen the visibility of Health Engineering in the Faculty of Pharmacy and beyond
- Promote student life: propose federative events throughout the year.

Our flagship activities

Integration weekend: a warm welcome for first-year students
Ski holidays: three days of relaxation in the mountains and good spirits
Student evenings: after classes, the BDE organizes parties at Montpellier's best venues
Surprise events: decoration, conferences, meetings... The innovative "activity" center entertains all year round.
Merch' ISM: sweatshirts and goodies to proudly display your class colors

Our premises

A living space under Amphi J, open between 12pm and 1:25pm: microwave, coffee, chat... the ideal place for members to hang out.

Promo 2025-26

When you enter a healthcare engineering program, you're not just joining a training program: you're also joining a real little student family, where tradition and good humor are always on the agenda. To ensure that every newcomer feels at home from the outset, a brand new Student Office has been elected for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Their mission? To welcome you, guide you... and, above all, help you have a great year!

This year, Cécilia has been elected president of the BDE ISM, supported by her vice-president Line. They will be joined by Sarah, who will take on the role of secretary, and Justine, who will oversee financial management as treasurer.

Throughout the year, the BDE's mission is to provide you with an unforgettable student experience! On the program: a multitude of events to help you integrate, meet new people and create great memories. Our VP communications, Sara and Habib, will keep you up to date with all the latest news on our social networks, so stay tuned!

Highlights include the integration weekend, the gala and the ski weekend, organized by our VP Event Racha. A great way to get away from everyday life in Montpellier and share some good times together.

For those who like to party, our VP Soirée Mattéo and Paul have got it covered! Themed evenings and festive outings are on the agenda. Supported by Erwan, our VP Partnerships, who will be able to find you the best deals in Montpellier's bars, restaurants and shops.

Soukaïna, Hiba and Jocelyne are in charge! Their mission: to organize activities and workshops to create links between students and help you discover new things in a friendly atmosphere.

Our team wouldn't be complete without our active members: Hanane, Candice, Jimena and Lylia. Always ready to lend a hand, they'll be there to support us and bring all our projects to life.

Our objective is simple: to offer you a year full of laughter, sharing and good times, in a spirit of benevolence and solidarity true to the DNA of Ingénierie de la Santé. Don't hesitate to come to us, whether to ask a question, share an idea or just have a chat - we're here for you!

Of course, a big thank you to the entire teaching team and to our teachers, without whom none of this would be possible. Their support enables us to move forward together in the best possible conditions.

WEI XXI - Integration Weekend

Over 85 students from the program met up in the Cévennes to share an integration weekend.
This year's theme was NETFLIX ORIGINALS.
Dressed up as Casa de Papel, Winx, Peaky Blinders or Lucifer, the Health Engineering students challenged each other all weekend to defend the title of best team.
The weekend's program included games, laughter, sharing, festive meals, music, etc.
Thanks to all the students for playing the game to the end.

WEI XIX - Integration Weekend

This integration Week-End was held in October 2019 in Aveyron... Opposite the photo "gallery"...

WEI XVIII - Integration Weekend

It's THE must-attend event for all IUP students! The aim of this event is to get the participants to meet, get to know each other and create a sense of unity within the different classes.

For 3 intense days, participants head off to a campsite outside the university walls for a weekend of madness, punctuated by activities (rope cows...), themed evenings (jungle XVIII), and plenty of surprises (poolside foam cocktail...).

All organized by a great BDE!

Lipton Ice Tea Fresh Contest

We can also shine while having fun: 3 students from the BDE led Montpellier's Ingénierie de la Santé in the adventure of the Lipton Ice Tea challenge, LE FRESH CONTEST, which brought together 70 teams from campuses all over France.
