Student Association

The BDE Ingénierie de la Santé in Montpellier is a student association represented by a very dynamic team who will help you make the most of your student life.

The association's main objectives are :

  • cohesion: we want to uphold the values of solidarity and mutual support within the group,
  • promoting our studies: we want to promote the image of the Health Engineering program both within and outside the Montpellier Faculty of Pharmacy,
  • student life: we want to organize a wide range of events that bring people together.

Through these objectives, we will strive to convey the "Health Engineering spirit" and seek to develop new projects.

The BDE ISM is in charge of proposing many extra-curricular activities:

  • an integration weekend to welcome you in good spirits and ensure that the ISM remains a big, beautiful family.
  • A ski trip: over a period of three days, we meet up with the YOUPS and hit the slopes, surrounded by the most beautiful scenery in the surrounding area.
  • lots of parties: after a long day of classes, there's nothing like relaxing with friends in Montpellier's liveliest spots.

In short, the BDE is a group of students dedicated to student life.

Promo 2023-2024

When you join the Health Engineering course, you'll see that we're very attached to our traditions, which is why a new student office has been elected for this 2023-2024 academic year to welcome and guide our new students!!!
The BDE is made up of 6 poles.

Firstly, the board, with Justine ROGE as president and Caroline VAN DUYNSLAEGER as vice-president. To support them in managing the association, Lyne SLAMBOULI is secretary and Justine TARDIEU treasurer.
During the academic year, the BDE organizes all kinds of events to help you integrate, forge links and make fond memories. Our VP communications, Jeanne HOULIER, will have the pleasure of communicating our projects on our various social networks.
The year will kick off with a team-building weekend organized by our VP WEI team, comprising Mathys HADJ-HACENE and Laetycia GAUTHIER.

During the winter season, we won't be forgetting our ski enthusiasts, as our VP SKI division, staffed by Carlie PLAN and Ines ALIDJERA, will be organizing a short break to enjoy the mountain air for a few days.
Our VP Event team, Maxime CASTAN and Chehine LAMARTI, will be planning various events and evenings to strengthen our ties, introduce people to our town and meet new people.
To complete this association, we have 2 active members: Batricia AL MUHANNA and Fatima- Zahra MAHBOUB who will support and help us throughout the year.
Our aim is for these events to provide us with unforgettable moments in a caring, friendly and cohesive atmosphere, to perpetuate the "health engineering" spirit that brings us together. We are also at our students' disposal for any questions they may have, to help and support them on their path to success.

Finally, we'd like to thank our teaching staff and professors for supporting us throughout our academic year.

WEI XXI
Integration Weekend

More than 85 students from the course met up in the Cévennes to share an integration weekend.
This year's theme was NETFLIX ORIGINALS.
Dressed up as Casa de Papel, Winx, Peaky Blinders or Lucifer, the Health Engineering students challenged each other all weekend to defend the title of best team.
The weekend's program included games, laughter, sharing, festive meals, music and more...
Thanks to all the students for playing the game to the end.

And a few memories...

WEI XVIII
Integration Weekend

Opposite 2nd photo gallery...

It's THE must-attend event for all IUP students! The aim of this event is to get the participants to meet, get to know each other and create a sense of unity within the different classes.

For 3 intense days, participants head off to a campsite outside the university walls for a weekend of madness, punctuated by activities (rope cows...), themed evenings (jungle XVIII), and plenty of surprises (poolside foam cocktail...).

All organized by a hell of a BDE!

Graduation Day

Great atmosphere in Amphi J for the graduation ceremony of the outgoing M2 Health Engineering class, organized thanks to the collaboration of the AAEISM BDE and the Faculty of Pharmacy. The BDE team took charge of distributing togas to the graduates, as well as managing logistics for the traditional aperitif.

Lipton Ice Tea Fresh Contest

We can also shine while having fun: 3 students from the BDE led Montpellier Health Engineering in the adventure of the Lipton Ice Tea challenge, LE FRESH CONTEST, which brought together 70 teams from campuses all over France. And they finished 2nd! To find out more, download the report by Nourredine Esmouni, L3 student and project leader: lipton-fresh-contest-2016
