CLAIM FORM

This appeal procedure applies exclusively to students already enrolled at the University of Montpellier in theHealth Engineering program.

A complaint does not include requests for information, forms, appointments, etc.

Before filing a complaint, you must contact the registration office,a teacher, or the academic director , or theacademic coordinatorfor your program, in case a simple and quick solution can be provided.

Only if that is not the case should you fill out the complaint form, in which you will describe the steps you have taken.

You will receive a confirmation of receipt at the email address you provided on the form.
