CLAIM FORM

This appeal procedure applies exclusively to students already enrolled at the University of Montpellier in theHealth Engineering program.

A complaint does not include requests for information, forms, appointments, etc.

Before filing a complaint, you must contact the registrar's office,a teacher, or the academic director or theacademic coordinatorof your program, in case a simple and quick answer can be provided.

Only if that is not the case should you fill out the claim form, detailing the steps you have taken.

You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided in the form.
