CLAIM FORM

This complaints procedure applies exclusively to those already enrolled at the University of Montpellier in the Health Engineering program.

A claim does not concern requests for information, forms, appointments, etc.

Before filing a claim, you must contact the education departmenta teacher, the the Director of Studies or the person in charge of your course, in case a simple and rapid response is possible.

Only if this is not the case should you fill in the claim form, indicating the steps you have taken.

An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to the e-mail address you entered on the form.
