ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATION
As part of the University of Montpellier’s (FR) quality management initiative, the Master’s in Health Engineering has been ISO 9001:2015 certified since 2017.
Why take this approach?
In an increasingly competitive environment, the quality initiative helps to implement the University’s strategy and achieve its objectives. It helps to improve:
- stakeholder trust and satisfaction, as well as the institution’s reputation.
- the academic requirements for students.
- by simplifying administrative procedures.
- the appeal of the degrees, thanks to the recognition of the quality label obtained.
- working conditions for staff by formalizing and standardizing procedures.
What does a qualityinitiative entail ?
The goal is to establish an organizational structure that fosters a culture of continuous improvement through:
- to better manage training organization and procedures.
- the implementation of various systems (satisfaction surveys, complaint handling, issue reporting, performance metrics, etc.) that help identify areas for improvement.
- monitoring the implementation of improvement measures and assessing their effectiveness.
