ISO 9001 V2015 CERTIFICATION

As part of the University of Montpellier's (FR) quality initiative, the Master's in Health Engineering has been ISO 9001 v2015 certified since 2017.

Why this approach?

In an increasingly competitive environment, the quality approach contributes to the implementation of the University's strategy and the achievement of its objectives. It helps to improve:

• the trust and satisfaction of stakeholders and the image of the institution.
• study conditions for students.
• administrative procedures by simplifying them.
• the attractiveness of degrees thanks to the reputation of the quality label obtained.
• working conditions for staff through the formalization and securing of procedures.

What does a qualityapproach involve ?

The aim is to establish an organization that enables continuous improvement through:

• better control over the organization of training and procedures.
• the implementation of various measures (satisfaction surveys, complaints, reporting of anomalies, indicators, etc.) that enable areas for improvement to be identified.
• monitoring the implementation of improvement measures and measuring their effectiveness.
