ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATION
As part of the University of Montpellier’s (FR) quality management initiative, the Master’s in Health Engineering program has been ISO 9001:2015 certified since 2017.
Why take this approach?
In an increasingly competitive environment, the quality initiative contributes to the implementation of the University’s strategy and the achievement of its objectives. It helps improve:
- stakeholder trust and satisfaction, as well as the institution's reputation.
- academic requirements for students.
- administrative procedures by simplifying them.
- the appeal of the degrees, thanks to the recognition of the quality certification obtained.
- working conditions for staff by formalizing and standardizing procedures.
What does a qualityinitiative involve ?
The goal is to establish an organizational structure that fosters a culture of continuous improvement through:
- to better manage the organization of training and procedures.
- the implementation of various systems (satisfaction surveys, complaints, reporting of issues, performance metrics, etc.) that help identify areas for improvement.
- monitoring the implementation of improvement measures and assessing their effectiveness.
