ISO 9001 V2015 CERTIFICATION

As part of the deployment of the University of Montpellier's quality approach (FR) the Health Engineering Master has been ISO 9001 v2015 certified since 2017.

Why take this step?

In an increasingly competitive environment, the quality approach contributes to the implementation of the University's strategy and the achievement of its objectives. It enables us to improve :

• stakeholder confidence and satisfaction, and the Établissement's image.
• study conditions for students.
• simplify administrative procedures.
• the attractiveness of diplomas thanks to the reputation of the quality label obtained.
• working conditions for staff, thanks to more formal and secure procedures.

What is a quality approach?

The aim is to set up an organization that will enable us to enter into a continuous improvement dynamic thanks to :

• better control of training organization and procedures.
• the implementation of various systems (satisfaction surveys, complaints, anomaly feedback, indicators, etc.) to identify areas for improvement.
• monitoring the implementation of improvement actions and measuring their effectiveness.
