Internships and Jobs
INTERNSHIPS
Internships are of paramount importance in the “health engineering” program because they are closely linked to future careers.
Undergraduate internships allow students to explore potential career paths by trying out fields that might interest them.
Master’s-level internships, which are longer, often lead to a job. The M2 internship sometimes serves as a true “trial period” within the company.
Internships abroad are strongly recommended. This experience allows students to discover an international business environment, learn specific work methods, and adapt to cross-cultural settings—all of which are essential components of a Health Engineering education.
The program places a strong emphasis on internships.
We provide professionals in the healthcare industry with forms (2024 forms coming soon) to contact us about recruiting one of our students (for an internship) or graduates (for a job). This page is available in both English and French.![]()
Employers send us a number of job openings directly, which we then make available to our graduates.

Professional Internships in the Health Engineering Program
Internships are governed by an agreement and are the subject of a written report prepared by the intern. Each academic year concludes with an internship:
